Here are 4 ways to solve this

Are you signed in Zoom?

It often happens that we're signed in on the web but not in the Zoom application, or the opposite.

Also, if you have multiple Zoom accounts, make sure you're signed in with the same account.

Verify your Zoom version

If your version is under 5.7.3, simply check for updates from your Desktop Client in Zoom.

  1. Sign in to your Zoom Desktop Client
  2. Click on your profile picture, then select 'Check for Updates'
  3. Update the version if it's under 5.7.3.


Find the 'Apps' tab

  1. Open Zoom
  2. Click on the 'Apps' tab
    1. in the top navbar of the desktop client
    2. in the bottom navbar of your next Zoom Meeting
  3. Click Discover to see a list of available Zoom Apps
    1. If you don't find Bonjour, click on 'Discover more apps on App Marketplace →' at the bottom of the list
  4. Search and find 'Bonjour, Sync your Notes with Salesforce'


Enable Zoom Apps for your Account

Users may need admins to enable the Zoom Apps icon in the account settings for it to be visible.


Don't hesitate to share these instructions with your Admin

To allow Zoom Apps to be visible in the desktop client for all users in the account:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Zoom Apps tab.
  4. Verify that Zoom Apps Quick Launch Button is enabled. This allows users on your account to see the Zoom Apps button on the desktop client.
  5. If the setting is disabled, click the toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, click Turn On to verify the change.
  6. (Optional) If you want to make this setting mandatory for all users in your account, click the lock icon, and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
